HOW did you lose weight with PCOS?

I’m 23 years old. 5’7 and weigh 195 lbs.

I’m taking Metformin 500mg ER twice a day and am supposed to be following a 1500 calorie deficit, but sometimes I eat less than that. I’ve followed this diet before and lost 10 lbs even though I never noticed a difference in the mirror.

I want to lose weight, lose the hyperpigmentation, but I can’t. It’s so hard I don’t know what to do. I’m very inactive, but I’m signing up for pilates as that’s the only time I enjoy working out. However, now I’m seeing people say pilates is not good for PCOS. I just don’t know what to do and doctors don’t say much except give Metformin and say walk 30 mins a day.
