Sudden breakout of small bumps on pubic area

No new products, underwear, detergents, or habits. Everything is the same. Ive never had any issues with it before I was always lucky to not have ingrown hairs or anything. I do shave regularly but I always have. I use clean razors. I know its not an std. All the sudden in the last few days I broke out with a bunch of really small pink/red hard bumps on my pubic area, but not any further down just at the top. Nothing on vulva. What could be causing a sudden breakout? How can I get rid of this fast? Should I take antibiotics should I use acne products on it? Does it even sound like acne or should I go to a doctor? I would like to avoid a doctor but will go if necessary lol
