Lactating again?

About 2 weeks ago, my breasts started hurting. They were achy for about a week or so. The feeling reminded me of when my milk first came in after i had my babies. Anyways, flash forward to today.. I was massaging my boob because it felt achy and milk came out. More came out on the left and it was yellow. On the right, it was a few drops. I had my last daughter 10/21 and I stopped breastfeeding 04/23. I would check my breasts every so often and after a certain amount of time, milk wasnt coming out anymore. I havent had any changes in meds, im not pregnant either. Should I be worried?
