My boyfriend really wants to make me squirt. I've never squirt before. Every time he gets close I twitch and he loses it. Any suggestions to help? I've tried relaxing. I just get so worked up that it's hard to relax. Thanks for any advice.

It’s urine. It comes from your bladder and out of the urethra. It happens to some women when being stimulated. It’s involuntary.

If u twitching turns him away, he’s never going to be able to make u squirt. He needs to let your body do what it will during orgasm. 
To squirt you can wait til you’re at peak intense climax I feel the build up and I tell him when to pull out. When he pulls out, if you have the right build up you continue ur orgasm it can happen but not always. It’s tricky and this might be what works for some but it might not work for you. Even if you’re able to squirt it doesn’t mean every time you have sex you will be able to. It takes a different level of orgasm & it’s hard to do that under pressure. It’s better to not have the expectation.

I have to be suuuuper turned on for it to happen with me. It also takes some elbow grease from my husband 🤣 so he’s gotta be really into it too. I had also only ever squirted on my own like twice before having our son (15 months now). However, now I squirt almost every time I have an orgasm. And I can 100% backup a previous comment: it is very much involuntary. It doesn’t happen every single time, but when it does, I can’t help it. Also, my orgasms are more intense overall since I had our son. I have no idea if childbirth actually has anything to do with that, it very well could have more to do with my comfort level, confidence, deeper intimacy with my husband, etc. rather than the one-time physical act that only took a few hours over a year ago. But I genuinely don’t care bc our sex was awesome before and went right back to being awesome after 🤣
