Phlegm

Hello Ladies!!!

I am pregnant and have been going through a lot of strange symptoms. The worst and most annoying for me right now is the feeling of having phlegm stuck in my check or throat since I got pregnant, which is very uncomfortable and I don’t have cold. Several times daily I have to continuously cough to try to bring them out.

Please is anyone going through this and did they find a solution to this?
