What just came out of me

I just started birth control recently and I’ve been bleeding for almost three weeks now. At first it was just light spotting now it’s actually heavy so I’m probably just on my period. But I wanted to ask if the bleeding was normal after birth control. Also like is this just mucus? I’ve never seen it like this before

It's just uterus lining shedding sometimes it comes out like that that happened to me and I went to the hospital that analyzed it and told me that it was the uterus lining shedding sometimes that happens during menstrual nothing to worry about

I agree with the other comments, it does sort of look like an embryo. Hopefully it’s just uterine lining, but I’d def make an OB appointment.

Not to scare you but that looks like a possible embryo. Have you taken a pregnancy test? If you took one today it would show positive and would confirm if that was a miscarriage, then I'd be scheduling an appt with your obgyn to confirm everything has cleared. If it's negative I'd still maybe see obgyn to make sure nothing is wrong, I've never seen cm look like that
