Advice for ine child

PLEASE give me some insight!!

My husband and I are the crossroads right now and I’m just looking for insight. We found out yesterday that I do not ovulate on my own, once again. We had to take femera to get pregnant with our first. We are just at a crossroads of wanting another but also not pushing too hard when we have an already perfect child.

I think I want another more than he does because he’s an only child.

Can all the parents of one child tell me why you chose to have just one? Please don’t say because divorces, or losses or because you couldn’t get pregnant with another due to infertility or health reasons. There’s no right or wrong here.

On the other end, how did you know 100% you were NOT done having kids?

Ps-this obviously isn’t against anyone who has been divorced, lost a baby or has infertility issues! I am someone who struggles with infertility.
