Am i overreacting ?

So my mom started talking to this guy like less than a month ago. Probably 2 weeks if even that. Supposedly he’s telling her that wants to marry her and all this. Which is already bs to me. But anyways she asked me for my address for important info but i currently live with my dad and he doesn’t like her so i was like can’t give it out so my brother ended up giving out. She then tells me because this guy is an engineer who works on a boat and they’re getting robbed so he’s sending her her important info like house keys and house paperwork. She then said got a message asking for her ID and something else and she sent it. I told her she’s being stupid and to stop but she’s saying she trusts him and he’s legit and all this bs. and i’m like no i don’t care leave it. like you don’t know him in person!!! don’t know what the hell he gunna do. i’m only super paranoid because my kids are with her quite often so idk i’m paranoid what if they get kidnapped or something. I’m considering changing my work hours to not have the kids with her because I can’t trust her at the moment. Am i being too much or does this all sound dangerous?
