Does my baby think his nans his mom?

So the first two to theee weeks of my baby being born I wasn't stable to do much at all as the birth I had was traumatic and because I love at home my mom ( babies nan) done most things for me so I could heal and have a rest and now I have ovbisouky started taking over as I'm healed and feeling better and I do all the night feeds and am with him however in the morning my mom will take him so I can have a couple hours rest I'm just so scared that he isn't bonding with me and he will think his nans his mom instead of cus she was there for the first two weeks off his life while I was out of it and it's really getting me down , do you think he knows I'm his mom?
