Severe anxiety but good vibes???

I know anxiety is unavoidable in pregnancy. It’s going to be there the whole time. It’s scary. But is there any way to bring a little bit of ease to my mind? Can I go based off “vibes” for lack of better phrasing? I guess what I’m asking is I’ve seen so many people say they just /knew/ something was wrong, and I want to know if since I don’t have any specifically bad feeling past the regular anxiety if I can breathe a little easier about it. My best friend says that she feels like everything is okay and so does my girlfriend, my cat is acting the same clingy way she has the whole pregnancy so far, but my last appointment left me feeling really scared and I have been trying so hard not to stress because I know it’s not doing any good, but obviously Ive got some pretty severe anxiety 😅
