Help!! Sweaty stinky arm pit after having kid

Hi ladies I’ve been dealing with this issue for 5 years now on and off. Since I had my second it has started. I have been able to manage it okay up until 2 years ago. My arm pits get real sweaty and start to stink now. I have used so many different deodorants off the shelf even natural and nothing is working. The best I’ve noticed was a mens clinical strength but after a while or if it gets hot it stops working. I’ve tried drysol from my doctors and it still makes me sweat and stink. Also it gives me like a chemical burn under my arm pit. I’m at a loss and want to cry. My doctor said there’s nothing else to prescribe me or do basically. Is anyone else dealing with this? What do I do 😭 thanks in advance
