1. What are some preventative measures that your healthcare provider recommends?

2. Do you find yourself actually applying these preventative measures regarding childbirth?

3. Have you ever heard of perineal massage? And if so how did you hear about it and what are your opinions about it?

4. Is your healthcare provider an OB-GYN, midwife, etc.? And what is their gender?

5. What are some important questions regarding prenatal care that you’ve asked your healthcare provider?
