Do we concieve baby boy if we had sex near ovulation ?

Anyone planned baby boy and have a postive result if they had sex near ovulation ? In my last pregnancy i had sex 4-5 days before ovulation and this time i tried having sex after my positive ovulation test so are there any chances that i have concieved baby boy ?

I don’t know how accurate this is. I’m an ultrasound tech so I know exactly when I ovulated and I currently have three boys (first was conceived 1 day before ovulations, second conceived 3 days before ovulation, and third conceived 2 days before ovulation) and am
Currently pregnant with twins which I’m pretty sure one if not both are boys conceived 12-24 hours before ovulation.
