Skip Period?

Hi everyone! I’m on tri sprintec ( or tac idk the exact spelling) the combination pill. I’m just wondering if anyone advises on skipping the “period” week and going straight into the new pack. I don’t take the sugar pills anyways and typically just wait a week before starting my new pack. I kinda wanna not have the period BUT i’m scared bc i’ve seen stories where people have just went into the new pack and bled FOR MONTHS. so i just want to know what everyone thinks, im also waiting to hear back from my Dr. to see what they think
