Implant removal

Hi there I had the implant removed on the 20 th Feb I had intercourse 2 days before then I started feeling nauseous 🤮 n stuff a few days after I know I couldn’t have caught pregnant straight away so I left it for bit I did a home blood pregnancy test 2 days ago I got a positive but didn’t read it in the time frame so did another one today and it also has a faint line on it I have been on the implant for just under 9 months an my periods was irregular so had it took out for that reason an no other birth control works for me .. so what I’m trying to say had any one caught that quick after having implant removed ??
