TW: MC Nightmares (blood)

I’ve been so overwhelmed the last few days. I’m having the most vivid dreams. I can feel everything and it’s hard to tell when I’m awake at night. I’m 6 weeks today.

Last night I had this awful dream I went to the bathroom and I could feel the pain and see clots and blood everywhere. Now it’s hard for me to use the bathroom and I’ve been so worried something is wrong with our little pumpkin.

Is anyone else having nightmares?
