Too much OT?

Is there any way to get a doctors note or something saying you can’t work past so many hours??

My job is trying to work me 7 days a week 10 hr days and I have 2 kids in school and pregnant with a cesarean scar ectopic pregnancy. I wfh but it still doesn’t allow me time to sleep or take care of my kids or anything I need to do.

I have PTO time but on my contract only 1 person can take off per day and that’s including first and second shift, and the calendar is already pretty much full for every day, every month…. I mentally cannot handle not having any days off 😭😭
