Ok so I have had a UTI for about 3 weeks on and off. Some days I feel fine and other days it’s so uncomfortable. I take the AZO max relief medication when I start getting the feeling and it works but idk what to do to finally get rid of this. I don’t have health insurance so I don’t wanna pay thousands for antibiotics. Please help

Antibiotics aren't thousands of dollars. Lol like someone else said use Good Rx. They're very cheap. See a doctor & get on antibiotics ASAP!

You’ll be paying thousands when you end up on the hospital with a bladder or kidney infection or worse. Go to the doctor and get antibiotics. OTC stuff cannot and will not cure a UTI.

You need antibiotics. You cannot treat a UTI at home. AZO is not a cure. 
Antibiotics are cheap. Go to urgent care or use telehealth. Use a GOODRX card off the internet at the pharmacy. Or Walmart has super cheap antibiotics. 
You NEED antibiotics. If this spreads to your kidneys- which is likely the longer you leave it untreated it will cost more money. This an infection.

Most of the people here are providing good advice and so I’m here to provide my 2 cents. Definitely go get seen. If doing telehealth, make sure they order some type of labs like Urine/blood. There are different types of UTIs and are treated accordingly. IE: viral, fungal, bacterial. You need to know which kind so it can be treated with the proper meds. And yes, left untreated can lead to upper UTI/ kidney infection (pyelonephritis… pretty painful).

Try wisp it is a way to order prescription without seeing a doctor they are higher in cost but they don’t need proof of insurance

Go get seen. You can do a payment plan for the visit. Use goodrx at the pharmacy.
You better pray that it hasn’t turned into a kidney infection that could cost your thousands from being hospitalized. 
AZO is just masking your symptoms which is an easy way for the infection to spread. 
You’ve made some sad choice. Take care of your body.
