Small red and bloody bump after sex

Me and my partner have been having intercourse for a while, we had spontaneous sex and there was no foreplay (meaning it wasn’t as wet as usual) so there was a bit of friction at first, but everything was fine. It wasn’t until I wiped and saw blood, that’s when I thought to look at my vag, once I did I saw a small red spot near the opening. I’m visiting the doctors tomorrow but is there anyone who has any idea of why this could have happened? The bump wasn’t there before
