Will hospital staff be able to tell if I lie?

I was giving my boyfriend head the other day. He wanted to go really deep and choke on it. But I couldn’t handle it and tried to pull off. But he pushed my head down and wouldn’t let me. It happened a few times. The next day, my throat started to hurt, and still does 3 days later. I want to go to urgent care to get checked out but I don’t want to have to tell them about what happened. I was going to just say it was from sex and leave it at that

First off - your boyfriend sucks. Throw him away. Second, if you go in for a sore throat and tell them it’s from sex, my guess is they’ll take a look, do a few swabs for testing and offer solutions. Sounds like you know what caused it, your POS boyfriend. 
Get testing to make sure it’s not torn or infected and seriously reconsider calling that asshole your boyfriend. He does not care about you. Strangers on the internet care about you more than he does.
