Anyone else went through this ( on the mini pill.)

Hi everyone I’ve been taking norethindrone ( mini pill) for about 10 months now. I had been getting my periods consistently for the past 6 months but now I had 2 periods back to back. I have been bleeding so much lately but when I was bleeding around 14-19 I didn’t bleed as much. I’m kind of worried if there’s something bad going on but all I experience is bloating and a bunch of bleeding. I have noticed my periods becoming longer as I’ve been on the pill but now im hoping I don’t have anything wrong, I make sure to test with pregnancy tests every other week to make sure im not pregnant. I make sure to take the pill on the dot every single day. Anyone else gone through this?
