High progesterone not pregnant

Hi so I had sex ot 5th of february( last day of my menstruation) but I had to take plan B because the condom broke.I started bleeding on the next day.Then I had sex on 14th of February with condom.Today(5th of March) I went to test my hormones and my hCG was <0,2 which means I am not pregnant.My LH was 11,9 , FSH-3,39 ,Estradiol-528 and Progesterone-56,9.I know that plan B messed my hormones but I want to ask three things:

1.Did I test to early for pregnancy?

2.Can the hormones that I tested be a sign of what phase of my cycle I am in and if my period will come soon?

3.If I am not pregnant, why is my progesterone high?Is it higher because of plan b or there could be something else
