Line progression after 1 MMC & 2 cp

My line progression is making me so anxious and I know there’s nothing to do except ride this out and wait. My period is due March 8…

I had an MMC in November. Learned at our 8 week US that our baby was only 6w5d with no heartbeat. Then I had to CP in a row. This would be the third in a row and just praying it’s not. I had some light brown / pink yesterday afternoon and today so I’m just super super nervous.

Look for some success stories after miscarriages and / or any implantation bleeding stories. My son is 2.5 years old and I had implantation bleeding with him but it only lasted a day.
