Is there hope? TSH levels

I am so upset. My husband and I have been trying for our second baby. We have had miscarriages and started seeing a fertility dr.

I have been on levothyroxine for my TSH levels. It was 7 a few months back and now it is down to 4.00.

I’m suppose to started my follitism injections tonight. I’m trying to not get upset and say there is not hope for having a healthy baby this month. Does anyone have any story where their TSH was still high right before they conceived and went on to have a healthy baby?

They increased my dose today from 75 to 100.

I just need some hope.
