Cramping 6dpo

On the 29th I had pretty intense cramping in the middle and slightly more right, ewcm, small amount of pink tinged ewcm once, and low cervix. I didn't track but assumed I was ovulating stupid I know. Sex on the 28th. Now at possibly 6dpo, I'm having cramping again more in the left, kind of pinching and creamy, milky cm with high cervix. Is it too early for symptoms if I really was 6dpo?
