Urethra minor prolapse?

Umm… has anyone ever had a minor urethra prolapse after sex? I just finished having sex with my husband and I went to the bathroom to pee. I looked down to make sure I stopped leaking his cum and noticed a small but dark red, almost maroon, bundle of tissue in the entrance of my urethra. It’s not hanging or anything, it’s just right there. It doesn’t hurt, I peed normally, it didn’t sting or anything. I have peed again (been drinking a lot of water today) and it felt fine. I only noticed because I looked. It had to happen just now because yesterday I had a gynecologist appointment and he didn’t say anything so everything must’ve looked normal.
