Water breaking..

What’s everyone’s experience with your water breaking if it did it naturally? Also if you had multiple children did your water break with more than one on its own? My water broke with my first at home at 38 weeks and I’m wondering if I’ll have a similar experience with this pregnancy. When my water broke with my first I felt a little bit of liquid come out and then after the 30 min drive to the hospital I got up out the car and had a lot more come out but I know it’s different for everyone. Today I’ve had liquid coming out of me all day but it’s small amount but enough to make my underwear have a wet spot. The wet spot has no discharge in the middle of it, it’s just a wet spot and I’m wondering if I missed something or maybe I’m just having really watery discharge today that’s clear. Also it’s not pee I’m getting up to pee like every 10-15 min today I feel like, there’s no way it could be pee.
