Do I tell her he’s a cheat?

I was talking to a guy on hinge but I ended up not feeling it. 
I have just seen he has posted on insta with his girlfriend and was like aw happy for them! I then realised he had a highlight story of them and the last year of their relationship. 
I was speaking to him last month… 
Do I tell the girlfriend he’s in hinge and asking other girls on dates or do I just block and keep quiet on the hope they broke up and got back together?

Eh, I wouldn’t. I do think she deserves to know, but again - you don’t know the story, you don’t know if they broke up & got back together.. you don’t know if she knows he cheats but blames the other women, etc. 
you could tell her & then have it blow up in your face. I say this as someone who has tried to inform someone else they are being cheated on. If they don’t want to hear it, they don’t want to hear it. I personally wouldn’t put myself in the middle of that.

Send her proof and leave it be. Usually the “proof” provider gets the blame, she can take the info and do what she will but I’d like to know my man cheating

You could. But personally, if I'm not currently dating the guy, I'm minding my own business. You don't know if they were on a break or if they have an open relationship, or whatever. Additionally, he's going to make you look like a crazy woman who is just trying to make trouble for vindictive reasons or something and she's going to believe him. I would stay out of it at this point. ￼
