Odd relationship with him and his dog

I know this post might sound silly, it’s even silly for me to post this but I just have to post cause I’ve never encountered a guy who’s kind of odd with his dog and would like some advice.

I’ve been seeing this guy, I go over to his place every week and usually he lets his dog lick all over his face and nose which is lowkey a turn off to me cause he’ll kiss me right after and stuff. And his dog is super crazy about noises so if his dog hear us kiss he’ll jump from the blankets, literally everytime we kiss, jumps on us to lick the guys face all over. The first time I met the dog we didn’t have sex and I was like hmm. So this week we hardly had sex and I notice it’s because he doesn’t want to leave the dog out of the room. Last night I initiated sex and he said “we have to hurry” I asked why and said he didn’t want the dog waiting to long🙄 In my head I’m like seriously??? I almost wanted to be like well it’s okay then cause I’m not trying to rush it. Before I went over this week we talked about trying new things and it didn’t happen so after sex I was like maybe next time we can try the things we wanted too and said yeah he just needs to drop his dog off at his parents then I’m like no you don’t have to cause I feel be he would have to do that but he knows like his dog is too much and all over him but even then in my head thinking so can he not train his dog or teach him???

I have nothing against animals but this guy is kind of weird over his dog. The fact he feels we can’t have sex or needs to be done in a certain amount of time cause he lets his dog out of the room. I don’t want to say anything cause that’s how he is with his dog but overall I’m like damn his dog makes decisions for him or how long we can have sex for?🤣
