Where are my 30"s women

I just turned 30 last years and in july of 2023 i stop birth control all together because me.and my husbandare trying to ttc since stopping birth control which has been 7 months now my periods are last two days maximumand day three is the end of it was little bit of spotting here and there and the first day is heavy flow from start, is anybody else expecting this or should i bring up to my obgyn? I have been tested for pcos and endometriosis and both came back negativeor no finds of it and i did have 4 Ovarian cysts two on each ovary but when they last looked at them they we going away. Any help or advice is appreciated
