anyone else?

so i have large breasts even before this pregnancy. i am 35+4 and a 38DDD, and every night to get up and use the restroom is a struggle. i lay on my left side and have to twist and turn to get out of bed, but the issue is pushing myself up from the laying position. i have this like soreness in my upper back and sometimes upper left chest from sleeping. has anyone else felt this similar pains? i wonder if it’s from the increasing size of my breasts basically squashing me while i’m asleep or if it’s something serious.
