Should I be concerned?

Weve been dating for a little over four years. We’re 27 (me) 28 (him). We both live at home. During our honeymoon phase, my bf always talked about living together and how we should do it. I was still in nursing school so I was like let’s wait until I can afford it well. I’m three years out of nursing school now and a few months ago we started touring apartments. When I thought things were fine, he got cold feet and said he wanted to break up. Not even an hour later, he regretted that and begged me to stay with him. We’ve been good for a few months now and back to normal and in love, but we don’t talk about moving in together. He always said he wanted to live with someone before getting engaged… so I’m just like….? We’re almost 30 and coming on five years together. What’s going on? I don’t wanna waste my time. I’m confused and have so much anxiety.
