Advice ?

Hello. I just seen a TikTok and wanted some advice. I didn’t know that a cold sore on the mouth is HPV ??? Does that mean if I had a cold sore on my mouth is HPV? I’ve had one sexual partner my entire life, and we’ve been tg since I was 14. I get a cold sore when I’m overheated and sweating sometimes, or sick. Is this normal? And should I worry? I’m sorry if this is a stupid question I don’t mean for it to be !
