Is something wrong?

I’ve been dating a guy for 6 months

Today seems so off

He started

game a couple days ago to see how long the other can go without speaking to the other person

Today he’s barely spoken to me, first it was sorry was watching tik tok, then it was sorry today was a blur been in my head, and lastly sorry was listening to music lost track of time and didn’t even notice we’ve barely spoken.

So tonight he said his friend wants to play online games with him (no biggie) typically when this happens I tell him good night have fun with your friend! Sweet dreams etc and he always says noooo don’t go! But tonight he said ok I suppose and wished me goodnight

I asked three times if things were ok today and he gave me 3 different reasons why he was barely talking

Am I overthinking or is something wrong???
