Toddler not listening and acting out

Okay so I know it’s “normal” for kids to push boundaries and not listen or what not but my daughter seriously does not listen no matter what and will do things on purpose that she knows she’s not supposed to. When she is mad she will kick, hit, pull hair, scream, claw, and cry for what seems like hours and nothing o do or anything I say seems to console her. I can tell her not to do something and try to give her something else to do but she will look me in the eyes and say “No” or spend a crazy amount of time trying to keep doing what I said not to with something new to do or even something fun. It seems like no matter what I do discipline wise she doesn’t care or doesn’t comprehend. I need serious advice.

To add her dad is out of state for work 4 days out of the week so I know some of it is because she’s missing/wanting him.
