6 weeks no fetus

This pregnancy has been tough. Started off not measuring where I needed to be from my last period go back today I should be 7 weeks but I’m measuring 6.8 no fetus and maybe 2 doctor said he doesn’t think it’s a good pregnancy because there is no fetus showing just the yolk I been praying for a rainbow baby no it’s just in gods hands so now I wait to see if I miscarry or this anything grows by my next appointment or doctor wants to terminate
