Spotting

Hello everyone I just got off my period a week ago. I sometimes bleed after sex the next day. I’ve told my OBGYN about it and she did a Pap smear. She didn’t call so I assume it came back fine. (This was like 3 months ago) anyways I went to the bathroom and felt something drop in the toilet and it was a strain of blood and I went to go wipe and it was light pink. Should I be concerned?
