Has anyone had a dvt bloot clot while pregnant??

So I am 33 weeks pregnant and today have had a random pain 1 thigh but only a small spot. I am a bit of a hypochondriac so mind goes straight to blood clot...I know I know. I know it isn't from like a movement injury or anything as it has felt fine the last few days and I have not be super active due to allergies the last 3 or 4 days. I dont have any spots, discoloration, swelling or hot skin but seeing if anyone who has had a blood is the pain more central located like in a spot or would it by a big area or my whole thigh. The pain is only where the red is on the photo. And yes I did message my ob but their office is super super slow and as I have an appt friday dont think I'll hear from them before then
