medicial abortion preparation: advice/help?

hi guys,
I'm writing this atter watching a tew videos - and ultimately scaring myself. I found out I was pregnant 3/19 with my LMP being 2/5 - so i could be anywhere from 4-7 weeks. I have scheduled for an abortion this upcoming Friday and I am wondering how best I prepare for it? I am going through this process alone, and not only am I mentally not there - but i'm not sure the expectations or what if anything I could do to make my process a little easier... planned to take medicine like ibuprofen and naproxen 24-48 hours before - but help please. Some support is really needed.

Please do not take any medication before the appointment unless directed by your doctor. It’s important you ask. 
I can’t offer insight into what to expect, but I am sorry you’re alone. Do you have a friend or family member to support you? Support is important.

I’ve had a d&c done when I had a missed miscarriage which I believe would be the same procedure. It was virtually pain free. Just some spotting after. They should put you out during it and give you meds. After a couple days of spotting I had heavier period-like bleeding. Pain wise it wasn’t bad at all
