Excema ? Heat Rash ? Something worse ? 
It kind of comes and goes and is only on his tummy

Okay thanks ! I haven’t changed my diet and it’s only appeared in the last day or two . Taking him to see a dr .

My baby got a rash like this from me eating something he was allergic to and I was breastfeeding (oat meal cookie he’s allergic to oats)
