Spotting near outside of vagina after clitoris stimulation pregnant

Last night I felt a little frisky and used my vibrator in me I am 14 weeks pregnant . I woke up in the middle of the night to pee and it hurt to pee but feels like as it has a bump/sore around my vag lips. And when I went to wipe it was teeny tiny spots of blood coming from the outside of my vagina not from discharge or inside of it. What could I do? Is it something to go to the ER over?
