What is this?

Question

Yesterday i woke up and had stress rash over my chest and back and on my hand. It went away mostly but now on my thumb it’s still extremely itchy and burns and i don’t think it’s a rash anymore… there a hard bump in the middle of my thumb and it’s so itchy and it burns……

Do you think it’s a wart? When i press on the bump it blanches but doesn’t feel like fluid
