Hypochondriac!

Is anyone else a big hypochondriac like I am? What do you do to calm yourself down? My new thing is thinking I have herpes😭. I feel a little tingling in my lips and have read that that’s a sign for cold sores? It first started with a redish pink circle on my clit, it doesn’t hurt or anything but i do have psoriasis that have transferred to there on the labia and that probably all it its. How easy is it to catch herpes?

Update: I took a look all around there and don’t see anything other than that circle underneath my clitoral hood. It doesn’t really seem to be a blister just a circle. Will be checking in with doctor soon. Has anyone else had this?
