Scared of shaken baby syndrome

My 3 week old baby is making a lot of grunting noise/ laboured breathing. Of late, I noticed the baby's eyes are opening slightly uneven. Baby was crying ( shrieking) last few days.

YouTube recommended shorts of SBS. I am panicking seeing the symptoms. The soft spot is swollen or is it just growth? I am feeling like baby has a lot of the symptoms. I am just too worried.

I have a history of PPD. I am scared very badly.

Any specific symptom I should watch out for?

Edit'- recently, we got a babysitter for help. That's why the concern.
