HELP! do i have an std?

about a year ago i had unprotected sex with 2 guys after a breakup. (dont judge sht was tough) anyways about a month after i had ONE like little rubbery piece of bright yellow discharge. well im not sure honestly i just stuck my nails up there and that came out, so idk what it rlly was but none of that since then. well within the past few months my pee has been burning and smelling bad, but all my discharge is normal and smells fine. it has gotten worse but the last time i seen a dr she said there was no uti bacteria in my urine. could I have gotten something and it laid dormant this whole time? is that possible? or could it be something else? ive had so many utis over the past years and always tested negative for an sti but im scared this time!!
