What can I do

Last year I end up having bumps on my lips. It stared out small and then it got worse. It came on both sides of my lips. Went to urgent care. Told me it’s most likely Dermatitis. I wanted to test for oral herpes. Results came back negative. The dr gave me cream for it. Took weeks to get ride of it. Now the same exact time it’s back like even the same month. What can I do to speed up the process. Im sexual active. I know it’s not cold sores or herpes because it’s the same bumps from last year. Idk what I’m doing to trigger it. I have eczema also.
