My friend acts so different when she around guys

Last weekend we went to a bar group of guys came and a guy came and offer to buy me a drink. She says to the guy she doesn’t unless he buy her something also. He says sure we get a drink for both of us 15 minutes goes by. She yapping about how last week I had my period she goes to the bathroom and it smells. I confronted her about it today she says she was drunk. This not the first time she done this. Whst can I tell her to stop her from doing that. She gets jealous all the time.
