Why do guys ghost after sex if they see discharge from a girl?

I had sex with a guy I met online and he made it a one night stand and blocked me every where because he saw white creamy discharge from me on the condom. It wasn’t an abnormal color or had an odor. I think it was a yeast infection. Why would they ghost a girl over seeing discharge from a girl that resembles a yeast infection? Or it can be unrelated to that and definitely something else?

Creamy white like lotion is just normal. Chunky white is a yeast infection. 
I don’t think I’d continue hooking up if the other person knowingly had a yeast infection and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. You can spread a yeast infection to a partner.

Females discharge can be creamy, a yeast infection it tends to have some clumping such like a cottage cheese.   Yet some guys are just after one thing and that’s it. I’ve had it happen but sometimes it just leads to better guys in life
