Is it me? Or .....

I'm a fairly healthy gal, I'm in my early 30's, I have NO healthy issues and I'm not taking any medication other than ibuprofen when I'm experiencing cramps or lower back pains (rare). But I was recently told by a Dr. That I have an ovarian cyst (right side) that's larger than normal and has put pressure on my rectum which causes constipation. I get my period and they're irregular (I'm not on BC, I just stopped my BC December 2023). But when I'm not on my period my lady parts will be fine, until I have a bowel movement. When I have a bowel movement I don't put/strain since I'm very hydrated it just slips out or push itself out but when I wipe I notice blood (medium flow). Blood comes out of my vagina Everytime I poop and I wonder if this has happened to anyone else. I'm sorry for the TMI..
