Tomorrow makes 39 weeks for my little one and it’s the furthest I’ve gone in a pregnancy. I have not progressed from 2 cm and a thick cervix since 36 weeks based on my last appointment. This is baby #4 for me and I was wondering if this is the start of bloody show beings I’ve experienced different pregnancies. I’ve been wiping clumps of mucus/jelly like substance and this happened today so I’m curious what you may think. I’ve had major cramps, pelvic pressure, loss of appetite, hard to breathe, some contractions I believe,back pains, bathroom breaks, and my blood pressure has been elevated some. Could this be the start of labor? Thank you so much for your advice
